All shipping costs are calculated instantly at time of checkout. You will know the total shipping amount before payment.
Rocketmotion offers many shipping options including UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Ground, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post.
- All HazMat motors must be shipped by UPS ground shipment
- All HazMat shipments are subject to a $20 fee for every box (up to 70lbs per box) of motors ordered
- All other rocket motors must be shipped by USPS parcel post service that are not required to ship via HazMat shipping
- All Restricted Access Motor purchases require proper proof of storage (a LEUP) signed, in ink, to be on file before shipment.
- All motors ordered, with a total single impulse of H class or higher will require proper proof of certification by a national rocketry organization to be on file before shipment.
Once your order is placed on our web site, you will receive an e-mail verification with your order listed in the message.
If there is a problem with your order, you can call one of our staff at (661) 588-6922 to correct the problem. Refer to the tracking number at the top of the message, or the order number in the message to help our staff locate your order.
You may also reply directly to the message with the correct information and your order will be processed.
There is currently a 2 to 3 week lead time for items on backorder.
Items on backorder can be canceled at any time, at your discretion.
Note:Rocketmotion reserves the right to make any final decisions regarding shipping due to regulatory and or irregular sized packages.
